Welcome to my first blog. I had a patient in the chair yesterday who suggested that I post a blog. I thought it sounded like a good idea so here we go!
I don't know if anyone will actually read this or not, but it should be fun to do. This will be a great forum to showcase new materials and techonlogies, to discuss dental diseases and problems, to give advice and wax philosophical to the world. The biggest challenge will be actually keeping it up to date. If I get behind, don't be afraid to call me on it and I'll get back in gear.
So welcome to my blog. Next up... Mouthguards.

Well Doc--since U can do mouthguards U should also mention stop snoring SNORE GUARDS. We older folks have this problem and I bet most don't know they are available & effective.

Thought since I was here I would say thanks for the visit and tour last Wed 6/25/08. You have a very nice office and staff.. In fact.. I saw them for lunch at Wendy's afterwards (unintended). I also enjoy you website and interesting blog.. BYW. I had a snore mouth guard made for me without success.. I am found to have severe sleep apnea (not breathing up to 65 sec per episode #eous times /hr. The solution for me was loosing weight (~50lbs so far) exercise, good healthy food (Salad at Wendy's, (Thought you got me ahy?)) and the use of a CPAP machine @ night.. it is a pain, but works for me.. Well, Good luck and continued success in your business.
